Tan Donkey The tan donkey stood, tail flicking flies away, idly chewing dried, sunburnt grass. It belonged to a trader who was frequently in town, and, even more frequently, in a particular bar in town. This bar was in a hotel, outside of which the donkey was tied. Most people passed by the donkey without a second thought. Well, actually, that isn't quite true. They had plenty of second thoughts, most of which had to do with staying a very respectable, and safe, distance from the animal, as it was known to be a bit skittish. Perhaps skittish isn't quite the right word. &nTan Donkey
